We had an old house on the property already, and he made all the arrangements from tear down to new build starting in May 2019 and moving in by Christmas the same year. He worked with us closely to make sure we got everything we could possibly want within our budget and was extremely accomodating when we had changes to the original design. Ilya is a professional through and through: easy to talk to, kind and understanding and will do what he can to build you your dream home. To this day, I'm grateful that Ilya was our contractor as he made the process of building a new home for our family a wonderful experience for us.
